Family Pool Hotels (familypoolhotels.com) is an independent guide to hotels with indoor water parks and indoor pools. We are not a travel agent, we don’t take bookings and we don’t own or run any of the hotels listed. By using the site you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
Our information
Facts on the site come from public sources, such as each hotel’s own website, brand pages, tourism listings and booking sites. Each hotel page lists its sources and when we checked them. Hotels change their water parks, pools, hours, rules and prices without telling us, so we can’t promise that everything on the site is complete, current or correct.
Always confirm the details that matter to you with the hotel before you book, especially whether water park passes are included and how many, height and age rules, pool and water park hours, seasonal closures and any extra fees.
Drive times are estimates from each city’s downtown without traffic. They are a guide only.
Safety
Water parks and pools carry risk. Follow the hotel’s posted rules and lifeguard instructions, and supervise children at all times. Height and age rules shown on the site are as published by the hotel when we checked; the hotel’s rules on the day always apply.
Booking with a third party
When you click through to a hotel’s website, a booking site or any other site, your booking is a contract between you and that business, on their terms. They are responsible for your stay, payment, cancellations and refunds. We can’t help with a booking, change it or refund it, and we aren’t responsible for what happens during your stay.
How we earn money
The site is currently free of ads and paid placements. In future some links may be affiliate links, which may earn us a commission at no extra cost to you. Commissions never decide which hotels we list, the facts we show or the order of a list. See how we make money.
Using our content
The text, data, design and illustrations on Family Pool Hotels belong to us unless we say otherwise. You’re welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with a link back. Please don’t copy listings or large parts of the site, or scrape it automatically, without asking us first.
Hotel names and trademarks belong to their owners. Maps use data from © OpenStreetMap contributors.
Listings and corrections
We decide what to list. Hotels can ask to be listed and anyone can report a change through our contact page. We’ll correct mistakes as quickly as we can, but listing is free and not guaranteed.
Our liability
We provide the site for free and as it is. As far as the law allows, we aren’t liable for any loss that comes from using it or relying on it, including a stay that doesn’t match what you expected. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under consumer law that can’t be excluded.

We link to other websites for your convenience. We don’t control them and aren’t responsible for their content, availability or privacy practices.
