If a detail on a hotel page is wrong or out of date, tell us the hotel name, what’s changed and, if you can, a link that shows it. Corrections from hotels and guests are the fastest way we keep pages accurate.
Hotels and resorts
Run a hotel with an indoor water park or a family-friendly pool? We list hotels for free. Send us a link to your water park or pool page, and any details you publish, such as slide height rules, pool hours, water temperature and whether passes are included.
Listing is free and we can’t accept payment to be listed or to rank higher.
Booking questions
We don’t take bookings, so we can’t change, cancel or refund a stay. Please contact the hotel or the site you booked with.
